Upper Help
Mobile Driver App

Change your password from the app

Change your Upper driver password from the Change Password screen — enter your old password, type a new one, confirm it, and save. Lost it? Ask your admin.

You sign in to the Upper driver app with your own email and the password Upper sent you when your admin added you. You can change that password to one you choose, so it is easier to remember and you are not stuck with the auto-generated one. The control is named Change Password.

Depending on your workspace, your role may be labelled Driver or Technician — the steps are the same either way.

Change your password

To set a new password, you confirm who you are with your current password, then enter the new one twice so there are no typos.

Open Change Password

Open your account or profile menu and choose Change Password.

Enter your old password

In the Old Password field, type the password you use to sign in now.

Enter and confirm your new password

Type your new password in New Password, then type the same password again in Confirm Password. Both entries must match.

Save

Select Save Changes. Your password is updated right away, and you will use the new one the next time you sign in.

Pick a strong password — a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. The app keeps you signed in between sessions, so a strong password matters more than a short, memorable one.

Troubleshooting

Still stuck after a reset? Email support@upperinc.com and include the email address you use to sign in.
