View individual driver statistics

See per-driver stats in Upper: the Dashboard for trend metrics and the Route Plan Detailed Report for stop-by-stop history you can filter and export.

Upper gives you two complementary ways to look at a single driver's work: the Dashboard for at-a-glance performance metrics, and the Route Plan Detailed Report in Analytics for stop-by-stop history that you can filter to one driver and export. Together they cover both the trend and the underlying detail you need for one-on-ones, reviews, and coaching.

Your workspace may label drivers as technicians and deliveries as services. If so, the screens below read "Technician Performance," "On-Time Service Rate," and similar. The steps are the same either way.

The Dashboard: per-driver performance at a glance

The Driver Performance section of the Dashboard (labeled "Technician Performance" in service-mode workspaces) breaks the team's numbers down by individual driver.

Open the Dashboard

This is the home page you land on when you sign in to my.upperinc.com.

Set the date range

Use the date-range control at the top right. Presets are Today, Yesterday, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and Custom.

Scroll to the Driver Performance section

Read the four per-driver cards:

  • Routes Completed by Driver
  • On-time Rate by Driver
  • Total Stops Completed by Driver
  • Average Service time per stop

On the Starter (free) plan the Driver Performance section is blurred behind an Upgrade to View button with a PRO badge. The top-line KPI cards on the Dashboard stay visible.

The Route Plan Detailed Report: one driver, stop by stop

For the full record of what a driver actually did, filter the Detailed Report down to that one person. It returns one row per stop, with addresses, times, completion status, and proof of delivery.

Open Analytics

In the left sidebar, under Track, click Analytics.

Choose the Detailed Report

Open the View by dropdown at the top and select Route Plan Detailed Report.

Filter to one driver

Click the Filter icon to open the Filters panel. In the Drivers filter, select the specific driver, then set the Date Range (it defaults to the last 7 days). Click Apply.

Review the stop-level data

Each row is one stop. Columns you can show include the stop address, arrival and completion times, stop status (Success / Fail), service time, notes, photo, and signature. Use the Customize Columns icon to choose and reorder the columns you want.

Export the record

Click Export to open the Export dialog. Name the file, choose CSV or XLS, and click Start Export. You can optionally tick Send e-mail when Export is complete.

You can also narrow the report by Stop Status (Success or Fail) to focus on just the completed or just the failed stops for that driver in the period.

Which view answers which question

ViewQuestion it answers
Dashboard — Driver Performance"How is this driver trending on routes, on-time rate, stops, and service time?"
Route Plan Detailed Report"What exactly did this driver deliver, stop by stop?"

Start with the Dashboard for the overall picture, then drop into the Detailed Report when you need the underlying stops behind a number.
