Available date ranges
See which date ranges Upper offers on the dashboard and on Analytics reports — Today, Yesterday, 7, 30, 90 days, plus a custom start-and-end date picker.
Upper lets you set the reporting period two places: the dashboard has a date-range control with quick presets, and each Analytics report has its own Date Range filter. Use the presets for routine checks; use a custom start-and-end date for a specific campaign, audit, or seasonal comparison.
This article uses Upper's default driver / delivery labels. Your workspace can be configured to show Technician / Service instead. The date-range controls work the same either way.
Dashboard date ranges
The dashboard date-range control sits in the top-right corner. The label on the control always shows the range that's currently active. The available options are:
- Today
- Yesterday
- 7 days
- 30 days
- 90 days
- Custom — pick your own start and end dates
Selecting a range refreshes every card on the dashboard — the KPI cards, Route Performance, and Driver Performance — to cover that period.
Date range on Analytics reports
In Track → Analytics, the date range is part of the report's filters rather than a separate top-right control.
Open Analytics
In the left sidebar, go to Track → Analytics.
Open the filters
Click the Filter icon in the top-right. The filters side panel slides in, titled with the current report name.
Set the Date Range
Use the Date Range picker to choose your period. It defaults to the last 7 days and is clearable, so you can set the exact start and end dates you need.
Apply
Click Apply. The report reloads to show data for the range you selected.
For routine checks the presets are quickest — 7 days for a daily read, 30 days for a monthly review, 90 days for a quarter. Use a custom range for a specific event: a promotion week, a seasonal peak, or a before-and-after comparison around a process change.
Where each control applies
- Dashboard — the top-right date-range control (Today, Yesterday, 7 / 30 / 90 days, Custom) drives all KPI cards and the Route and Driver Performance sections.
- Analytics reports — each report has its own Date Range filter in the Filter panel; it defaults to the last 7 days.
