Available KPIs and metrics
See the KPIs, route performance charts, and per-driver metrics Upper tracks on the Dashboard, and how the date range filter scopes every number.
The Dashboard in Upper is your operation at a glance. It tracks three layers of performance data: top-level KPI cards across your whole operation, route performance charts, and per-driver metrics. Every layer is scoped by the date range control in the top right, so changing the period updates the entire page at once.
Your workspace may show Technician and Service labels instead of Driver and Delivery (for example, "On-Time Service Rate" or "Technician Performance"). The labels are configurable per workspace; the metrics are the same.
Top-level KPI cards
Five KPI cards sit at the top of the Dashboard and summarize the selected period.
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Routes Completed | Routes finished in the selected period |
| Total Stops Completed | Stops marked completed |
| On-Time Delivery Rate | Share of deliveries completed within the time window (shown as "On-Time Service Rate" in service-mode workspaces) |
| Missed/Skipped Stops | Stops marked skipped or not visited |
| Average Stops per Route | Average number of stops per route |
Route Performance
The Route Performance section has two cards:
- Total Stops — a donut chart breaking the period into Total Delivery Stops (or Total Service Stops), Total Skipped/Missed Stops, and Not Visited Stops, with a Total Stops count.
- Routes — a routes-over-time chart for the selected range.
Driver Performance
The Driver Performance section (labeled "Technician Performance" in service-mode workspaces) has four cards:
- Routes Completed by Driver
- On-time Rate by Driver
- Total Stops Completed by Driver — a bar chart
- Average Service time per stop

Set the date range
Use the date range control in the top right. The presets are Today, Yesterday, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and Custom. Every KPI card and chart updates to match the period you choose.
Use the date range control to compare week-over-week or month-over-month. Watch On-Time Delivery Rate for overall service quality, and check Average Service time per stop to spot drivers who may need support.
On the Starter (free) plan
On the Starter (free) plan, the Route Performance and Driver Performance sections are blurred behind an Upgrade to View button with a PRO badge; selecting it opens an upgrade prompt. The five top-level KPI cards stay visible on every plan.
Going deeper
The Dashboard answers the high-level questions. For stop-level detail, exact timing, proof of delivery, or anything you want to export, open Analytics from the Track group in the left sidebar.
| Layer | What it answers |
|---|---|
| Top-level KPI cards | How did the operation perform overall? |
| Route Performance | Where did the work get done, and where didn't it? |
| Driver Performance | Who is pulling weight, and who needs support? |
