Available dashboard metrics

See every metric on the Upper dashboard: five KPI cards, the Route Performance charts, and the four Driver Performance cards — all driven by the date range.

The Upper Route Planner dashboard gathers your operational metrics into one screen, organized into three areas: top-level KPI cards across your whole fleet, the Route Performance charts, and per-driver Driver Performance cards. Every figure responds to the date range you choose in the top-right corner.

This article uses Upper's default driver / delivery labels. Your workspace can be configured to show Technician / Service instead — for example "On-Time Service Rate" and "Technician Performance" rather than "On-Time Delivery Rate" and "Driver Performance." The metrics and layout are the same.

Top-level KPI cards

Five cards run across the top of the dashboard and stay visible on every plan.

CardWhat it shows
Total Routes CompletedNumber of routes completed in the selected period
Total Stops CompletedNumber of stops completed in the selected period
On-Time Delivery RatePercentage of on-time deliveries (shown as On-Time Service Rate in service-mode workspaces)
Missed/Skipped StopsNumber of stops marked missed or skipped
Average Stops per RouteAverage number of stops per route

Route Performance

Two cards summarize how your routes ran over the selected period.

  • Total Stops — a donut chart breaking out Total Delivery Stops (or Total Service Stops), Total Skipped/Missed Stops, and Not Visited Stops, plus an overall Total Stops count.
  • Routes — a routes-over-time chart for the selected date range.

Driver Performance

Four cards compare your drivers/technicians.

  • Routes Completed by Driver
  • On-time Rate by Driver
  • Total Stops Completed by Driver (bar chart)
  • Average Service time per stop

Everything follows the date range

The date-range control in the top-right corner sets the reporting period for every card and chart on the page. The available presets are Today, Yesterday, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and Custom (pick your own start and end dates). The label on the control shows the range that's currently active.

The dashboard answers "how did we do?" For the "why" — per-route, per-stop, and per-message detail you can filter and export — open Track → Analytics. See Access historical data.

How to read the three areas together

Start with the KPI cards

Skim the five cards for anything that moved versus what you expect.

Check Route Performance next

If completion or on-time rate moved, the Total Stops donut shows whether stops went skipped/missed or were left not visited.

Finish with Driver Performance

If completion dropped, the driver cards show whether it's team-wide or concentrated on one driver/technician.
