Find your billing details, top up your SMS balance, and manage Marketplace add-ons in Upper Route Planner. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

This section covers how billing works in Upper Route Planner: where to find your account's billing details, how the SMS balance and auto-recharge work, and the add-ons available in the Marketplace.

Payments in Upper are processed securely through Stripe.

This article uses Upper's default labels (driver, delivery). Your workspace may be set up to show Technician and Service instead — the wording is configurable, but the steps are the same.

Some billing details — including current plan names, pricing, included limits, free-trial terms, and the cancellation and refund process — are being confirmed and aren't published here yet. For anything not covered below, contact support@upperinc.com.

How billing is organized

Billing in Upper spans two places in the app:

  • The Billing page, reached from your account menu, for your account's subscription and billing details.
  • The Marketplace, under Manage in the left sidebar, for your SMS balance and optional add-ons.
