Multiple Email Notifications add-on
Enable the Multiple Email Notifications add-on in Upper Route Planner to send delivery notifications to multiple email addresses per stop. $25 per month per company.
The Multiple Email Notifications add-on lets you add more than one email address per stop, so all the relevant parties receive delivery notifications and updates.
You manage it from Manage > Marketplace in the left sidebar.
This article uses Upper's default labels (driver, delivery). Your workspace may be set up to show Technician and Service instead — the wording is configurable, but the steps are the same.
What it does
By default, notifications go to a single email per stop. With this add-on enabled, you can add multiple email addresses to a stop, and each one receives the delivery notifications and updates for that stop.
Pricing
This add-on is billed at $25 / month per company. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Manage the add-on
In Manage > Marketplace, find the Multiple Email Notifications card. When the add-on is enabled it shows an Active badge and a Remove button.
How to first enable the add-on, and exactly what happens to existing multi-email stops after you remove it, are being confirmed. Contact support@upperinc.com if you're unsure.
