Marketplace add-ons
Browse and manage the add-ons available in the Upper Route Planner Marketplace, including SMS notifications and Multiple Email Notifications.
The Marketplace is where you enable and manage optional add-ons for your Upper Route Planner account. Open it from Manage > Marketplace in the left sidebar.
This article uses Upper's default labels (driver, delivery). Your workspace may be set up to show Technician and Service instead — the wording is configurable, but the steps are the same.
The Marketplace page
The Marketplace page has a segmented control with two tabs:
- Marketplace — add-ons you can enable for your account.
- Integration — connections to other tools.
Each add-on appears as a card. An enabled add-on shows an Active badge.

Notifications and Alerts — fund customer text notifications.
Multiple Email Notifications
Send notifications to more than one email per stop — $25 / month per company.
