What we can confirm today
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Account billing is reached from the Billing page in your account menu — see Where billing lives.
- Your SMS balance is funded separately, in the Marketplace — see SMS balance and auto-recharge.
Get a copy of an invoice or update payment details
Until the in-app steps are published, contact support@upperinc.com for invoices, receipts, or to update your payment method.
