Where billing lives
Find your account's Billing page from the account menu and the Marketplace under Manage in Upper Route Planner.
Billing in Upper Route Planner spans two places: a Billing page in your account menu, and the Marketplace under Manage in the left sidebar. This article shows how to open each.
This article uses Upper's default labels (driver, delivery). Your workspace may be set up to show Technician and Service instead — the wording is configurable, but the steps are the same.
Open the Billing page
Open your account menu
In the app at my.upperinc.com, open your account menu (your profile avatar).
Choose Billing
Under the Account group, select Billing.
The account menu also includes Update Profile, Change Password, Settings, Technician App Config, a Dark Mode option, FAQ, and Log out.
The exact contents of the Billing page — where you view your plan, payment method, and invoices — are being confirmed and aren't published here yet. For anything you can't find, contact support@upperinc.com.
Open the Marketplace
Your SMS balance and optional add-ons live in the Marketplace.
Open Manage in the sidebar
In the left sidebar, find the Manage group.
Select Marketplace
Choose Marketplace. The page opens on the Marketplace tab, with a segmented control to switch between Marketplace and Integration.
