Update your company logo
Add or replace your company logo in Upper Route Planner from the Update Profile panel, alongside your company name, website, and industry details.
Your company logo lives with the rest of your company details in Upper Route Planner's Update Profile panel. Add or replace it whenever your branding changes — for example, after a rebrand — so your account reflects your current look.
Before you start
- Have your logo file ready before you begin.
- Use a clear, high-resolution image so it stays crisp wherever it appears.
Update your logo
The logo is part of your company profile, which you open from the profile menu in the top-right corner of any screen.
Open the profile menu
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Open Update Profile
Select Update Profile. A panel slides in from the right with your company details — Full Name, Email, Phone, Company Name, Company Website, Industry, and your Company Logo.
Edit the logo
In the Company Logo tile, click the edit (pencil) icon to choose a new image file from your computer.
A simple, recognizable logo reads best at small sizes. Fine detail tends to get lost on thumbnails and mobile screens, so keep the artwork clean.
Logo for customer tracking pages and manifests
The Company Logo in your profile is separate from the logos you set for two other surfaces, which have their own settings:
- Customer tracking pages — set the logo on the tracking page from Branded Tracking (Branding tab). See Customize the tracking page branding.
- Manifest documents — upload a logo specifically for printed manifests from the Manifest settings.
If your goal is to brand what customers see when they track a delivery, the tracking-page logo is the one to update.
Troubleshooting
Some workspaces use Technician/Service labels instead of Driver/Delivery. The steps above are the same in either mode.
