Customize the tracking page branding

Brand your Upper customer tracking page with your logo, colors, greeting, and support details so customers see your company from notification to delivery.

When a customer opens the tracking link in an Upper notification, they land on a live tracking page that follows your delivery in real time. Branded Tracking lets you style that page with your own logo, brand color, greeting, support details, and more — so the page customers keep coming back to for ETA and delivery status reflects your company, not a generic widget.

This guide uses Upper's default driver and delivery labels (for example, "Proof of Delivery"). Your workspace may be set to show Technician and Service wording instead (for example, "Proof of Service"). The controls are the same either way.

Before you start

  • Plan and permission — Branded Tracking is available on higher plans and requires the branded-notification permission on your account. If you don't see it, the page shows an upgrade prompt.
  • A logo file ready — PNG, JPG, or SVG, up to 5 MB.

Open Branded Tracking

Open Settings

From the left sidebar, go to Manage > Settings.

Open Branded Tracking

In the Settings sub-navigation, under NOTIFICATIONS, select Branded Tracking.

Branded Tracking is organized into seven tabs: Branding, Content, Display, Features, POD, Post-Service, and Preview. Work through the tabs that matter to you, then check the Preview tab to see the page exactly as your customers will.

Branding: logo and colors

The Branding tab controls the visual identity of the page.

  • Company Logo — Upload your logo (PNG, JPG, or SVG, max 5 MB).
  • Primary Brand Color — Pick a swatch or choose from the preset palette (blue, green, amber, red, purple, pink, teal, orange).
  • Font Color — Choose a swatch or one of the dark presets.

The Content tab sets the text customers read on the page.

  • Custom Greeting Text — Supports placeholders {customer_name} and {company_name}.
  • Thank You Message — Shown after the delivery is complete.
  • Footer Text — Appears at the bottom of the page.
  • Support Contact Information — Phone and Email.
  • Support URL — A link to your help or contact page.
  • Terms & Privacy Links — Terms of Service URL and Privacy Policy URL.

Use the {customer_name} and {company_name} placeholders in your greeting so each customer sees a personalized message instead of generic text.

Display: what information is shown

The Display tab controls which delivery details appear. Each is a toggle you can turn on or off:

  • Show Driver Name
  • Show Driver Phone
  • Show ETA
  • Show Vehicle Info
  • Show Service Address
  • Show Map

There is also an ETA Display Format dropdown — for example, a time window such as "9:00 AM - 10:00 AM."

ETAs are calculated from historical traffic data, not a live traffic feed.

Features: interactive options

The Features tab turns customer-facing interactions on or off:

  • Enable Message to Driver
  • Enable Copy Link
  • Enable Notification Bell — Lets customers opt in to push updates.

POD: proof of delivery display

The POD tab controls what proof-of-delivery information the customer can see once the stop is complete:

  • Show POD Photo — With a Photo Display Size dropdown (for example, "Full Size").
  • Show Signature
  • Show Service Notes
  • Show Completion Timestamp

Post-Service: social links

The Post-Service tab adds your social media links to the page. URL fields are available for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Preview before you go live

Open the Preview tab to see a live render of the tracking page with your current settings applied. Review it before customers do — and check it on a phone, since customers most often open the tracking link on mobile.
