Search for a stop within a route
Use the Search field in Upper's route stop list to find a single stop fast — by name, address, or other details — without scrolling a long route.
A long route can hold dozens or hundreds of stops, and scrolling to find one of them is slow. Upper's stop list has a Search field so you can jump straight to the stop you need while you are building or reviewing a route.
This article uses Upper's default delivery labels (driver, stop). Your workspace may show Technician and Service instead — the label set is configurable per workspace, so the steps are the same whichever wording you see.
Before you start
- Open a route in Route Plan. The Search field sits in the stop list of an open route, so search works within that route — not across every route at once.
- To narrow down which route to open first, use the Search and Filter controls on the My Route Plan list.
Search for a stop
Open the route you want to work in from My Route Plan.
Find the Search field above the stop list, next to the stop count (for example, "Total: 23 Addresses").
Type what you are looking for. As you type, the stop list narrows to the matching stops.
Select the stop you need to work with it — edit it, open it on the map, or reorder it.
