Add a company logo to the tracking page

Upload your company logo to Upper's customer tracking page from Settings > Branded Tracking > Branding. PNG, JPG, or SVG, up to 5 MB.

Upload your company logo so it appears on the customer tracking page in Upper. When a customer opens the tracking link from their notification, they see your brand at the top of the page instead of a generic one.

A branded tracking page reassures customers that they are in the right place and makes your delivery updates look professional and consistent with the rest of your communication.

Labels can vary by workspace. This article uses the default delivery labels. A workspace set up for service businesses may show "Service" wording instead, but the logo setting works the same way.

Before you start

  • Where it lives — The logo control is on the Branded Tracking settings page, under the Branding tab.
  • Logo file — A PNG, JPG, or SVG image, up to 5 MB. For a crisp result on customer phones, use a high-resolution version of your logo.

Open Settings

Go to Manage > Settings, then open Branded Tracking in the NOTIFICATIONS group.

Go to the Branding tab

Select the Branding tab.

In the Company Logo section, click Upload Logo and choose your image file. If a logo is already in place, the button reads Change Logo.

Save your changes

Save the page. Your logo now appears on the customer tracking page.

If your logo looks blurry on a phone, re-upload a higher-resolution version. Most customers open the tracking page on mobile.

To preview the result, open the Preview tab on the same page to see how the tracking page looks with your current settings.

To swap the image, return to the Branding tab and click Change Logo. To take the logo down entirely, click Remove.
