Update your company profile
Edit your company details in Upper Route Planner from the Update Profile panel — full name, email, phone, company name, website, industry, and your company logo.
Your company profile holds the details that identify your business in Upper Route Planner — your company name, website, industry, and logo, along with your own contact details. You manage all of it from the Update Profile panel.
Where to find it
The profile lives behind the profile menu in the top-right corner of any screen, not in Settings.
Open the profile menu
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Open Update Profile
Select Update Profile. A panel slides in from the right with your details.
What you can edit
The Update Profile panel includes these fields:
| Field | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Full Name | Your name on the account |
| The email address tied to your account | |
| Phone | Your contact number |
| Company Name | Your business name |
| Company Website | Your website address |
| Industry | A dropdown describing your line of work (for example, Field Sales & Services) |
| Company Logo | Your logo, uploaded from a tile with an edit (pencil) icon |
A clear, high-resolution logo reads best wherever it appears. Simple artwork stays crisp at small sizes; fine detail tends to get lost on thumbnails.
A note on logos
The Company Logo in your profile is separate from the logos you can set for two other surfaces:
- Customer tracking pages — set from Branded Tracking (Branding tab). See Customize the tracking page branding.
- Manifest documents — uploaded specifically for printed manifests from the Manifest settings.
If your goal is to brand what customers see when they track a delivery, update the tracking-page logo, not the profile logo.
Troubleshooting
Some workspaces use Technician/Service labels instead of Driver/Delivery. The Update Profile panel is the same in either mode.
