Upper has four plans. Pricing is per user, and choosing annual billing saves 20%.

What each plan adds
- Starter — core route planning and optimization, up to 250 stops per route.
- Professional — everything in Starter, plus up to 500 stops per route, proof of delivery, customer notifications, time windows, dispatcher live tracking, and export to Garmin.
- Optimize — everything in Professional, plus up to 1,500 stops per route, capacity-aware optimization, and customer live tracking (your customers can track the driver).
- Enterprise — a custom plan with unlimited drivers, custom data retention, API integration, and a dedicated success manager.
Live tracking comes in two forms: dispatcher live tracking (watching drivers on the Live Tracking page) is on Professional, Optimize, and Enterprise; customer live tracking (your customers tracking the driver) is on Optimize and Enterprise.
