Upper's 7-day free trial gives you full Professional-plan features with no credit card required. Here's what's included and what happens when it ends.
Every Upper account starts with a 7-day free trial. You don't need to enter a credit card to start.
What the trial includes
During the trial you get the full Professional plan feature set, so you can plan routes, optimize, dispatch to drivers, capture proof of delivery, and use dispatcher live tracking.
One exception: customer SMS notifications are not included in the trial.
What happens when the trial ends
When your 7 days are up, you upgrade to a paid plan to keep going. You don't create a new account — add your billing details and card to your existing account, pick the plan you want, and you're upgraded with your data intact.
You can upgrade to a paid plan at any point during the trial — you don't have to wait for it to end.
