How drivers can re-attempt a skipped delivery?

Sometimes deliveries need to be skipped due to various circumstances, but they can be re-attempted later in the route. This process allows drivers to return to previously skipped stops and complete the delivery.

To re-attempt a skipped delivery:

  1. View route with skipped stops

  2. Find skipped stop (marked as "Skipped")

  3. Tap on skipped stop

  4. Select Re-attempt Delivery

  5. Navigate to location

  6. Complete stop with POD

  7. Status changes from "Skipped" to "Completed"
