Sometimes deliveries need to be skipped due to various circumstances, but they can be re-attempted later in the route. This process allows drivers to return to previously skipped stops and complete the delivery.
To re-attempt a skipped delivery:
View route with skipped stops
Find skipped stop (marked as "Skipped")
Tap on skipped stop
Select Re-attempt Delivery
Navigate to location
Complete stop with POD
Status changes from "Skipped" to "Completed"
