Before you can log into the Upper driver app, your account must first be created by an administrator or dispatch manager. Drivers cannot create their own accounts independently.
Once your admin or dispatch manager adds you to the system, you will receive an email with links to download the Upper driver app from Google Play Store or App Store. If you did not receive the link, contact your admin for assistance.
You cannot add yourself to the Upper driver app, so your admin has to set up your account first before you can log in. After your account is created and you've downloaded the app, you can sign in using the credentials provided by your administrator.
