You can configure proof of delivery requirements either globally for all drivers or individually for specific drivers. This allows you to customize POD requirements based on stop status and other specific requirements.
To do it for all users:
Go to your profile by clicking on your name
Click on "Driver app config"
Go to "POD"
Select options from this screen based on stop status and other requirements to make proof of delivery mandatory or optional.
Save changes
To configure specific drivers' proof of delivery requirements, follow the steps:
Go to "Users"
Click on "Driver App Config" by clicking three dots "..." next to the driver
Go to "POD"
Select options from this screen based on stop status and other requirements to make proof of delivery mandatory or optional.
