You can configure driver devices to display actual addresses instead of latitude/longitude coordinates either globally for all drivers or individually for specific drivers. This makes navigation more user-friendly and easier for drivers to understand.
To do it for all users:
Go to your profile by clicking on your name
Click on "Driver app config"
Go to "Navigation"
Select "Mobile navigation uses addresses instead of latitudes/longitudes" button to enable address display, and uncheck this to use lat/long coordinates.
Save changes
To allow/disallow specific drivers from using addresses instead of lat/long, follow the steps:
Go to "Users"
Click on "Driver App Config" by clicking three dots "..." next to the driver
Go to "Navigation"
Select "Mobile navigation uses addresses instead of latitudes/longitudes" button to enable address display, and uncheck this to use lat/long coordinates.
Save changes
