You can control driver permissions for reversing their routes either globally for all drivers or individually for specific drivers. This flexibility allows you to maintain route optimization and ensure drivers follow the planned sequence.
To do it for all users:
Go to your profile by clicking on your name
Click on "Driver app config"
Go to "Optimization"
Select "Reverse Route" button to allow them to reverse their route in their phones, and uncheck this to stop drivers from reversing their routes.
Save changes
To allow/disallow specific drivers from reversing routes, follow the steps:
Go to "Users"
Click on "Driver App Config" by clicking three dots "..." next to the driver
Go to "Optimization"
Select "Reverse Route" button to allow them to reverse their route in their phones, and uncheck this to stop drivers from reversing their routes.
Save changes
