You can enable drivers to add detailed parcel information to their route plans either globally for all drivers or individually for specific drivers. This functionality helps with package tracking and delivery verification.
To do it for all users:
Go to your profile by clicking on your name
Click on "Driver app config"
Go to "Parcel Info"
Select any of the following options to enable them:
Parcel Place in Vehicle
Parcel Count
Parcel Photos
Save changes
To allow/disallow specific drivers from adding parcel information, follow the steps:
Go to "Users"
Click on "Driver App Config" by clicking three dots "..." next to the driver
Go to "Parcel Info"
Select any of the following options to enable them:
Parcel Place in Vehicle
Parcel Count
Parcel Photos
Save changes
