You can control driver permissions for changing or updating completed or skipped stops either globally for all drivers or individually for specific drivers. This flexibility allows you to customize access based on your operational needs and driver responsibilities.
To do it for all users:
Go to your profile by clicking on your name
Click on "Driver app config"
Go to "Stop Logs"
Select "Undo completed/skipped stops" or "Update completed/skipped stops" button to allow them to change or update completed or skipped stops in their phones, and uncheck this to stop drivers from modifying completed or skipped stops.
Save changes
To allow/disallow specific drivers from changing or updating completed or skipped stops, follow the steps:
Go to "Users"
Click on "Driver App Config" by clicking three dots "..." next to the driver
Go to "Stop Logs"
Select "Undo completed/skipped stops" or "Update completed/skipped stops" button to allow them to change or update completed or skipped stops in their phones, and uncheck this to stop drivers from modifying completed or skipped stops.
