You can control driver permissions for clearing route stops either globally for all drivers or individually for specific drivers. This flexibility allows you to customize access based on your operational needs and driver responsibilities.
To do it for all users:
Go to your profile by clicking on your name
Click on "Driver app config"
Go to "Route"
Select "clear route" button to allow them to clear a route's stops in their phones, and uncheck this to stop drivers from clearing route stops.
Save changes
To allow/disallow specific drivers from clearing route stops, follow the steps:
Go to "Users"
Click on "Driver App Config" by clicking three dots "..." next to the driver
Go to "Route"
Select "clear route" button to allow them to clear a route's stops in their phones, and uncheck this to stop drivers from clearing route stops.
