Sometimes you may need to remotely log out drivers from their mobile devices, whether for security reasons, troubleshooting, or when preparing to deactivate their account. This administrative function gives you immediate control over driver access.
To log your drivers out from their devices:
Go to Users/Drivers section
Find the driver in the list
Click the Action menu (⋯) next to their name
Select "Logout From All Devices" from the dropdown
This forces immediate logout from all mobile devices and ensures the driver will need to re-authenticate to access their account. Make sure the driver is not en route currently, as it may lead to data loss.
