This setting controls whether drivers can see the option to navigate back to their end address or depot after completing their routes. Managing this feature helps you control driver workflows and ensures consistent end-of-route procedures.
To enable or disable driver navigation to the end address:
Go to Admin Panel and click on your Profile
Navigate to Settings > User Settings
In the User Settings section, find "Provide Navigation & Completion for Destination"
Turn this on to make display the option to navigate to the end address in mobile app. Turn it off to hide this in the mobile app.
Click Save Changes to apply the setting
This configuration will affect what drivers see in their mobile app for future routes only, not the routes that are completed or in progress.
