Where to find answers in Upper: the in-app Help & FAQ, the support chat, the email team, and links to download the mobile apps.

Help inside Upper

You can get help without leaving the app:

  • Help & FAQ — open it from the bottom of the left sidebar to browse answers to common questions.
  • FAQ — also available from your profile menu.
  • Support chat — use the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the web app to start a conversation.

Email the team

For anything you can't resolve in the app — including questions about plans, API access, connecting your store or system, or enabling extra account options — email support@upperinc.com.

Get the mobile apps

Your drivers run their routes from the Upper mobile app. Find the download links — Apple App Store and Google Play — under Download app at the bottom of the left sidebar. A driver signs in with the email you added for them under Manage → Users.
