How to change the Depot (Start and End) Address?

Learn how to update the start and end location for all drivers, a specific driver profile, or temporarily for a single route.

There are three ways to update the Depot or Start/End address depending on whether you want the change to be permanent or temporary.

Method 1: Update for all future drivers (Global Setting)

Use this if you want to set a default location for all new routes and drivers moving forward.

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Click on Schedule Settings.

  3. Update the address in the Start and End Address field.

  4. Click Save.

Method 2: Update for a specific driver (Permanent)

Use this if one driver has a different starting location than the rest of the team.

  1. Navigate to the Users tab.

  2. Locate the specific driver and click the three dots (...) next to their name.

  3. Select Edit User.

  4. Scroll to Start and End Location of this Driver and update the address.

  5. Click Save.

Method 3: Update for a specific route (Temporary)

Use this if a driver is starting from a different location just for today or for a specific route plan.

  1. Go to Create Route.

  2. Add your stops as usual.

  3. Navigate to the Assign Drivers tab.

  4. Click the three dots (...) next to the driver assigned to the route.

  5. Select Edit User.

  6. Update the address and save.
