The barcode scanning feature helps you track deliveries by linking each stop with its assigned barcode.
Adding a Barcode to a Stop (Admin & Dispatch Manager)
Follow these steps when creating a route and adding stops:
Search for the stop where you want to enable barcode scanning.
2. Click on the three horizontal dots next to that stop.
3. Select Edit Stop from the menu.
4. A right-side panel will open showing five tabs: Basic Info, Other Info, Capacity, Barcode, and Parcel Info.
5. Click on the Barcode tab.
6. Enter the barcode number for that stop and click on Done.
This barcode number is what the driver will scan when completing the delivery in the driver app.

βScanning from the Driver App (Driver)
The driver should first have the printed manifest of the route plan page.
Go to the My Route Plan page.
βClick on the three horizontal dots next to the route.

Select Print Manifest.
A pop-up will appear & click the Print button.
Print the manifest and hand it to your driver.
2. In the driver app, select the assigned route plan.
3. Tap Load Vehicle.
4. Click the Scan QR Code/Barcode option.
5. Scan the barcode & click on Update to confirm the delivery.
Important: The barcode number entered by the admin or dispatch manager must match the number scanned by the driver.
