You can create Avoidance Zones (Restricted Areas) to block locations you don’t want included in your routes. Follow the below steps to create Avoidance or restricted zones.
Go to the Dashboard and click on Settings.
2. From the left menu, select Service Areas.
3. Click on the “+” icon.
4. Choose Create Restricted Area.
5. A pop-up with a map will appear.
6. Draw the area you want to restrict using the Draw Area tool.
7. Enter an Area Name and click Save.
