Why is it taking so long to optimize?

Route optimization time can vary depending on several factors. If it seems like the process is taking too long, it is usually because of one of the following reasons:

  • Large number of stops – The more stops you add, the more time the system needs to calculate the most efficient route.

  • Complex route settings – Extra constraints such as time windows, driver limits, or vehicle capacities can increase optimization time.

  • Slow internet connection – A weak or unstable connection may delay the optimization process.

  • Browser issues – Outdated browsers or too many open tabs may cause performance delays.

How to Fix It?

  • Try optimizing smaller batches of stops if you’re working with a very large route.

  • Review your settings to make sure you’re only applying the constraints you need.

  • Check your internet connection for stability.

  • Refresh your browser or try a different one if the issue continues.
