When importing stops into Upper Route Planner using a CSV or Excel file, it’s important to format your addresses correctly to avoid errors.

  1. Use the sample import file provided in the app as a template.

  2. Enter the full address details in the respective columns, such as Address Line 1, City, State, ZIP/Postal Code, and Country.

  3. If you have latitude and longitude coordinates, you can enter them instead of the street address.

  4. Make sure there are no spelling mistakes, extra spaces, or missing required fields.

  5. If you want to include additional details like Contact Name, Phone Number, Email, Service Time, or Pin Color, use the respective columns in the sample file.

Once your file is properly filled, upload it through the Import Stops option. The Match the Data popup will appear, where you can verify and confirm your column mapping before completing the import.
