How to assign a service time for individual stop/contact?

To assign a service time for a specific stop, follow these steps:

  1. After adding or importing stops to your route, open the route you want to edit.
    ​

  2. In the Action column, click on the three horizontal dots next to the stop.

3. From the dropdown menu, select Edit Stop.

4. A right-side panel will appear. In the Basic Info tab (opened by default), locate the Service Time field.

5. Enter the required service time and click Done.

The service time will now be applied to that individual stop.

To assign a service time for a specific contact, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Contacts feature.

2. Search for the contact you want to edit.

3. Click on the three horizontal dots next to the contact.

4. From the dropdown menu, select Edit Contact.

5. A right-side panel will appear. In the Basic Info tab (opened by default), locate the Service Time field.

6. Enter the required service time and click Done.

The service time will now be saved for that contact and automatically applied when the contact is added to a route.
