If your routes are already optimized but you need to update a driver’s start (Shift Start) and end time (Shift End), follow these steps:
On the optimized route page, click the Back button located at the footer.
Once you return, go to the Assign Driver tab.
Search for the driver whose shift time you want to update.
Click on the driver’s row, and a right-side panel will appear.
Update the Start Time and End Time as needed.
Click Save Changes.
Re-optimize the route, and you will be redirected to the optimized route page with the updated times applied.
