How to share or dispatch the route with your drivers? Can I schedule the dispatch?

After you finish optimizing a route, the next step is to share or dispatch it to the assigned drivers.

  1. At the bottom-right corner of the page, click Share to Drivers.
    ​

  2. A pop-up window will appear with two tabs: Share Now and Schedule.
    ​

  3. By default, you will be in the Share Now tab.
    ​

  4. Click Share Now to All to send the route immediately to the drivers’ devices.
    ​

Scheduling the Dispatch

  1. In the same pop-up, click on the Schedule tab.
    ​

  2. Choose the schedule time when you want the route to be sent to drivers. (Added example below)
    ​

  3. The system will automatically dispatch the route at the scheduled time.

Example

If your driver starts at 8:00 AM tomorrow and you already planned the route today, you can schedule the dispatch for 7:00 AM tomorrow. This way, the driver receives the route just before starting the shift.
