Even after a route has been optimized and is ready to dispatch, you can still make last-minute changes such as adding or adjusting stops, or updating driver details.
Adding a Stop
Go to the final step where driver details are shown.
Click on the three horizontal dots next to the driver.
Select Add Stop.
A form will appear in the right sidebar. Fill in the stop details and click on Done.
Managing Stops from the Routes Tab
There are two tabs at the top:
Timeline – This is the default tab where you can add stops as described above.
Routes – Click this tab to see a list of all stops. Each stop has an action menu (three horizontal dots) where you can:
Edit Stop
Delete Stop
Add a Stop Above
Add a Stop Below
After updating drivers or stops, you can share the route by clicking Share URL or Share to Drivers.
