To change a driver password, follow these steps:
1. Go to the dashboard on my.upperinc.com.
2. Click Users from the left menu.
3. Find the driver, then click the three dots next to the driver’s name.
4. Click on Reset User Password.
5. A pop-up will appear, enter the new password & your admin/owner’s password and click Reset.
