Upper Route Planner uses your email ID as a unique identification parameter of your account registered with us. Changing any profile's email ID is not possible from the Admin, Dispatch Manager or Driver's account.
If you are a Dispatch Manager or Driver, you can simply remove the existing email ID and add the new one. Please note that the new email will be treated as a separate user, and any past route history will not be transferred to this new account.
