Unable to log in, it says, "Registered with Upper Route Planner Solo."

This message appears when you're trying to access Upper Crew with credentials that were registered for Upper Solo.

Why this happens: Upper for Solo Drivers and Upper for Crew are separate products with different login systems. Solo accounts cannot access Crew features, and vice versa.

Resolution options:

Option 1: Continue using Solo (for single-driver use)

  • If you’re currently using Upper Solo and only need single-driver route planning, you can keep using your Solo account.

  • Log in at the Solo Login Portal.

Option 2: Register for Crew (for team use)

  • If you manage a team and need multi-driver route planning, sign up for Upper Crew with a different email address.

  • Start your 7-day free trial with full Crew access.

  • You can also import your existing data from Solo if needed.

Option 3: Contact Support for Account Migration

  • If you’d like to move your Solo account data to Crew, email us at [email protected].

  • Provide your Upper Solo account email and request Upper Crew access.

  • Our team will help you through the migration process.

For most businesses with multiple drivers or team management needs, upgrading to Crew provides significantly more value and functionality.
