Managing your subscription in Upper Route Planner is simple. Here’s how you can access receipts, upgrade plans, request refunds, or handle your free trial.
Receipts and Upgrades
1. Go to your User Profile in the top corner.
2. From the dropdown menu, select Billing.
3. In the Billing section, you can view all your transaction history, receipts, payment methods, and also upgrade your subscription plan.
Refunds
If you need a refund, you can reach out to our team by emailing [email protected] or by connecting with us directly through Live Chat.
Free Trial Cancellation
There is no need to manually cancel your free trial. It will automatically expire after 7 days, unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
