How to Turn Off the Notifications to Customers/Contacts?

You have granular control over which notifications are sent to customers, allowing you to customize communication based on your business needs. This flexibility helps you manage customer expectations and reduce notification volume when necessary.

Turn Off All Notifications:

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications

  2. Toggle OFF Email delivery updates

  3. Toggle OFF Text Message (SMS)

Turn Off Specific Notification Types:

Toggle OFF any of these individual notifications:

  • Out for Delivery - Customers won't know when delivery starts

  • After Delivery - No confirmation when delivery completes

  • Missed Delivery - No alerts for failed deliveries

  • Notify to Next Customer - Next customer won't get approach notifications

Selective Disabling:

  • Keep email ON, turn SMS OFF (or vice versa)

  • Enable only critical notifications (like missed deliveries)

  • Temporarily disable during system maintenance

This control system ensures you can tailor customer communication to match your operational requirements and customer preferences.
