When you can't see your driver's live location, this issue typically stems from one of three common causes. Each can be resolved by checking specific settings and configurations.
This can be either of 3 things:
The admin setting is preventing it. Click on your name > Click on driver app config > navigation > Make sure "Enable Live Location" is turned on
Your driver's phone settings are blocking it.
Driver is not connected to internet
