How can I filter reports by specific criteria?

The filtering panel allows you to narrow down your data with precision to focus on specific aspects of your delivery operations. Located on the right side of the Analytics screen, this tool helps you customize your report view to match your analysis needs.

To filter your reports:

  1. Open the Filter Panel: Click the filter icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Select General Filters: Use the dropdowns for Date Range, Drivers, Route Plan Status, and Stop Status to apply your criteria. For example, you can select a specific driver to view their performance over the last month.

  3. Apply SMS-Specific Filters: If you are viewing the Route Plan SMS Detailed Report, you'll see additional options to filter by SMS Type (e.g., "Upcoming Delivery") and SMS Status (e.g., "Success" or "Fail").

  4. Confirm Filters: After selecting your filters, click the blue "Apply" button at the bottom of the panel to update the report view with your selections.
