This report includes key metrics such as route name, assigned driver, date, total stops, and total execution time (including both driving and service time). You can select additional metrics to display based on your specific needs.
βRoute Plan Detailed Report offers an in-depth, stop-by-stop breakdown of each criteria. These criteria include route name, driver name, date range, stop status, route status, and more. When you need to filter data by any of these specific criteria, the detailed report provides this comprehensive information.
βRoute Plan SMS Detailed Report is specifically designed to monitor customer communication. This report tracks every SMS message sent to customers and provides a detailed breakdown of the message type (such as "Out For Delivery") along with its delivery status ("Success," "Fail," and other statuses).
